The New York Mets had one of their most important players return on Saturday afternoon. Yoenis Cespedes played in his first game since April 28th, missing time due to left hamstring injury, Before the game Cespedes admitted to not being 100% after playing in one rehab game.
Cespedes didn't show rust at the plate as he hit a grand slam in the ninth inning. His power gave the Mets a 6-1 lead they wouldn't relinquish. Cespedes went 2-for 5 with 4 RBI's in a very important Mets win.
