Thunder and Carmelo Anthony to part ways
Per an ESPN report, the Oklahoma City Thunder will part way with Carmelo Anthony at some point this summer. Anthony is due to make $27.9 million this up-and-coming season after opting to stay with his current contract. This move per ESPN would save the Thunder $100 million in tax. Anthony averaged a career-low 16.2 points per game last season in 78 games. The 12-time all-star should get some interest from teams, but it's unknown where he will land.
